The mixer is robust and durable, with a full metal construction including die-cast metal control knobs. It has 11 speeds, from high to low, and everything in between. Its motor is in the mixer head, so there’s no power loss between the motor and accessories. The original planetary action provides fast and thorough mixing, touching the bowl at 67 points. With a 6.6 L capacity, this bowl-lift 6.6 L mixer can handle very large quantities of food. Process up to 13 dozen cookies, knead 3.9 kg of bread, and mash 3.5 kg of potatoes (3). Mix, whisk, knead dough and even shred cooked meats with the included stainless steel and silver-coated mixer accessories. You can also follow your passion by adding exciting optional attachments (sold separately) to the multipurpose attachment hub. The new bowl lift also features Soft Start a slow ramp-up to minimize mess, via gentle acceleration to chosen speed.
